Kailee Dixon

Junior Instructor

Kailee's love for movement began at just three years old when she discovered her passion for dance. By the age of seven, she joined the Young at Arts Academy Intensive Program, where she immersed herself in a variety of dance styles, including contemporary, jazz, modern, lyrical, ballet, pointe, musical theatre, and acro. She quickly found a special passion for acro and spent her summers training with a circus coach to further develop her strength, flexibility, and skills.

As a dedicated competitive dancer, Kailee completed Cecchetti Ballet examinations, attended conventions, and trained with a wide range of industry professionals, gaining valuable insight into different techniques and teaching styles. She competed throughout British Columbia and Alberta, earning numerous special awards, overall placements, and top scores for her performances.

At the age of 14, Kailee joined the Young at Arts Teaching Assistant Program, where she discovered her passion for mentoring young dancers. Since then, she has become a valued member of our teaching team, assisting in classes, supporting studio events, and helping dancers build confidence both in and out of the classroom.

Kailee has also earned her Acrobatic Arts Module One Certification and had the opportunity to serve as a course demonstrator alongside Miss Aislyn. She is committed to lifelong learning and continues to expand her knowledge as both a dancer and educator.

Kailee is passionate about creating a positive, energetic, and encouraging classroom where every dancer feels supported to grow. She strives to help each student develop confidence, creativity, resilience, and a genuine love of dance while inspiring them to reach their full potential.
