ETHAN ADRIAN

Instructor

Ethan’s passion for dance began at the age of ten when he took up training in Hip Hop. From there, Ethan further explored other dance styles, including Musical Theatre, Contemporary, Jazz, Lyrical, Acro, and Tap. Ethan even had the opportunity to learn the base of Disco and Ballroom to further his ability and knowledge of dance.

Ethan has gained recognition for not only his ability, but his passion for, dance, earning himself scholarships from Tyce Diorio, Janelle Ginestra (towards Radix dance convention), as well as from Lightning Elite Dance to dance in Disneyland and was named “2019 Best in Show” from “Wanna Dance?”, Whistler.

After obtaining his certification from International Dance Teaching Standards’ Teacher Assistant course, Ethan was able to really shine as an instructor and found his passion for teaching and mentoring dance. Ethan started teaching Hip Hop and slowly expanded styles that he taught to include Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre and Jazz. After two years of working at his studio, Ethan was given the opportunity to create and choreograph for his High School’s Dance Team and further expand his base of teaching knowledge.

Ethan is now a part of the Young at Arts as a Hip Hop instructor. Ethan’s focus as a dance teacher is not only to advance his students’ dance ability, but to impart life lessons we gain through dance and teach his students how these can be applied to everyday life.
